PWJA member Judge Janice Antero through the Regional Trial Court Judges Association of Manila successfully launched the fund raising COVID -19 Fund Drive from among the 72 member judges of the RTC JAM culminating to a fund in the total amount of FOUR HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND PESOS (P401,000.00). The amount was raised in order to heed the call of bayanihan in the onslaught of the corona virus that had claimed so many lives and placed the health and lives of our countrymen in great peril and uncertainties. The amounts were used to donate 50 sacks of rice to the City Government of Manila ; 50 pieces of complete reusable PPEs to the Philippine General Hospital ; 50 pieces of complete PPEs to be donated to Sta. Ana Hospital ; 50 pieces of complete PPEs to be donated to San Lazaro Hospital ; 2000 Easter lunch packs to the inmates and jail officers of the City Jail of Manila and 200 lunch packs for the CICL detainees at the Manila Youth Reception Center.
